Dr. Bryk is an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Dr. Bryk received his DDS Degree from the Ohio State University in 1961. He completed a one year rotating dental internship at the Wilford Hall Medical Center in 1962. He received his orthodontic training at the Ohio State University graduating with a MS Degree in 1967.
Dr. Bryk served 30 years in the United States Air Force Dental Corps. He retired in 1992. At the peak of his career he served as the National Consultant in Orthodontics to the Assistant Surgeon General for Dental Services. In this position he was directly responsible for coordinating all orthodontic activities world-wide for the Air Force.
He is a past president of the American Association of Military Orthodontists. He currently is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.
